However, starting from the third instance, a $35 rescheduling fee will apply if you choose to reschedule. This fee helps cover the additional logistics and costs incurred. Alternatively, you may opt to forgo the missed flip and use the "Ready to Flip" form to schedule your next exchange.

You will have the flexibility to schedule your toy flip(s) on any available Wednesday within that month — whether there are four or five Wednesdays. Any unused flips do not rollover to the next month. At FlipJoy, we recognize that the timing of your subscription sign-up can impact the number of available opportunities you have to schedule a flip within the month. Those who join earlier in the month naturally have more Wednesdays to choose from compared to those who sign up later. To ensure fairness and flexibility for all our members, regardless of when they join, we offer the following options:
- Start Flipping This Month: If you sign up and find a Wednesday or multiple Wednesdays in the current month that suits you for your flip(s), you can start right away. In this case, your payment will also begin in the current month.
- Postpone Until Next Month: Alternatively, if you prefer, you can sign up now but delay your payment and start your flip(s) from the first Wednesday of the next month. This option ensures you have access to all available flip days in that month.
- Can I schedule all my monthly flips on the same Wednesday?Yes, if your subscription allows for multiple flips in a month, you can choose to schedule your flips all at once or spread them throughout the month. You can schedule up to 4 flips on a single day, provided your subscription tier supports the number of flips you wish to schedule.
- Can I change the number of flips I receive each month mid subscription cycle?
Yes, you can adjust the number of flips you receive per month at any time during your subscription cycle. If you opt to increase the number of monthly flips, you can apply this change immediately or wait until the next billing cycle. Should you choose to wait, your monthly rate will be adjusted to reflect the new number of flips. Here’s a breakdown of how this works for each plan if you decide to upgrade immediately:
- Monthly Subscription: If you upgrade (e.g., from 1 flip to 2 flips per month), you will be charged an additional amount immediately for the extra flips you wish to schedule in the current month. Your subscription fee for the subsequent months will adjust to the new rate based on the number of flips.

- Can I cancel my subscription?Yes, you can cancel anytime from your profile. Remember to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid charges. Please note that for 6-month or flexibility subscriptions, we do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made during your subscription period. Your subscription will remain active and you can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.
