  • Keyboard Navigation: We ensure that all functionalities are accessible via keyboard, allowing Members who do not use a mouse to navigate effectively, as outlined in guideline 2.1.1.
  • Consistent Layout: We maintain a consistent and predictable layout throughout our website to prevent confusion and enhance the Member experience, in line with guidelines 3.2.3 and 3.2.4.
  • Contrast Ratios: While we work towards meeting the standard 4.5:1 contrast ratio, we have provided the UserWay toolbar to allow users to adjust the contrast to their specific needs. We encourage you to reach out if you need any assistance.
  • Error Identification and Suggestions: Our site provides clear identification of errors and suggests corrections when Members input data, enhancing usability for everyone, especially individuals with cognitive disabilities, as per guidelines 3.3.1 and 3.3.3.
  • Link Purpose: We strive to ensure that the purpose of each link is clear from the link text alone or from the context, aiding Members navigating with screen readers, according to guideline 2.4.4.
